FOX 6 investigative reporter John Mattes first broke the story how Girls Gone Wild was marketing videos for only $9.99 consumers found the company tacking on huge fees. Ordered 4 tapes for $24.96 from T.V. ad, phone 1-800-318-6868.

Received 3, and 2 were broken, with no invoice. Called the above phone # to complain and they do not take any responsibility. They gave me a customer service phone # for GGW 323-965-8710.

I tried to e-mail the GGW company at ggwcustomerservice.com (which was printed on their mailing box), and cannot be sent.

I have called the company and am returning the tapes for a refund, but do not know if they will follow thru and give me a refund. Told them to cancel and send me no further tapes, as I was supposed to receive one each month.

I ordered the two videos off the TV. Then I accepted the second one thinking I'd have an address to write and stop the next shipments, but the e-mail address and return adress were both a fake.

The videos are very unprofessionally done and so boring after the first few minutes, I certainly do not want any more.

I would like to know how to contact this company and stop any future shipments. Please help!
