I ordered the introductory feature, which was two for $9.99. Weeks later I received a DVD and checked my credit card statement online and noticed they had billed me $24.95.

I immediately called them to find out what the problem was, I was instructed to simply return the video and they would credit my account.

A month later my account has not been credited and I have the certified mail receipt proving it has been returned to them.

Upon calling customer service for the third time I was told that after the video is received, it takes up to "5" weeks for them to enter it into their system in order for you to receive your credit.

In other words, they hope you will forget about something that happened nearly three months ago and never call back. I'll call back on the 10th of everymonth until it is resolved. The best thing to do is to send a fax everday until they get the message.
