I ordered the deal for two videos back in January of this year for $15. I was not aware that they would be charging me $25 every month and sending me a new tape. If I did I certainly wouldn't have ordered the tapes.
I noticed the charges the second time around, unfortuantely missing the first charge. I called the company for two days straight when i finlly got a hold of them.

I asked the company to quit sending me videos and credit my card. They said there was nothing they could do about the first charge, but if I sentbak the most recent video they would credit my card and they would stop sending me the monthly videos.

Well I just recieved another tape a couple of weeks ago and got my Visa bill the other day. I have been charged once again and I haven't recieved my refund yet.
I have been calling their customer service for 3 days now and they are either closed or I am on the phone for at least 15 minutes waiting for a representative to talk to.
