I am a service coordinator for a HUD program. I assist elderly and disabled individuals. One of my residents is having a terrible time stopping this company from 1) sending her more videos every month 2) deducting money from her debit card PRIOR to the arrival of each video!

There is no phone number to call anyone about a complaint. The only phone number avialable is the ordering number who declares they have no contact with the business. My resident has sent 2 letters demanding they stop sending the videos and stop deducting money from her bank and these letters go unnoticed. She has returned videos and not been reiumbursed. The label on the video states that the postofficer is to leave the video if no one is home however, their mail goes to a central mailbox..there is no way NOT to accept the video for her!

I have spent several hours on the phone, on the internet and with the bank trying to resolve this dispute. The resident is filing a dispute with the bank in hopes they can stop the automatic deductions. I forewarn everyone...do NOT order from the television commercial. There is no way to stop them from taking your money without alot of strong arming...
