FOX 6 investigative reporter John Mattes first broke the story how Girls Gone Wild was marketing videos for only $9.99 consumers found the company tacking on huge fees. Thousands of consumers called it a rip-off on ripoffreport. After our story aired an attorney sued calling it deceptive advertising. Video part 1 Video part 2

I ordered a video and paid for it using my credit card. I recieved the videos and they did not meet my expectations for quality. I called and recieved no response from the company because they put me on hold and never got back to me.

My problem is I just recieved another video and was already billed for it using my credit card unauthorized, of course. I need to find out how to stop the videos from coming here and having them billed to my credit card.
