I had ordered some videos for a friend in November. I had gave them my debit card number. Well I noticed that they had taken out about $60.00 in the month of December and then I looked at my bank statement for this month and they had taken out about $30,00 for the month of January. I have not authorized any of this besides the videos that I ordered back in November.

They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report:

Their email: JBH422@aol.com

Their relationship to the company: Consumer Suggestion

Rebuttal:
I had the same problem with GGW Video. Try this number: (323)965-8710.

When I saw unathorized charges on my card, I called this number listed on my bill and questioned it. They told me that I had signed up for a monthly subscription. I told them that was pure bs and wanted the two charges of $23.98 credited back to my card and not to send me anymore tapes that I have not requested. Unbelievably, they did credit the money back to my account.

Good Luck.
