Gizmos-US.com payment was made, but the package never arrive. ripoff Palm Harbor Florida

a purchase was made at www.gizmos-us.com on february 13th, email comfirming the order was received. invoice comfirming the purchase was also received and was promised a 4-6 days delivery time.

next there was another email receiver from the dispatching office comfirming that the package is already being sent. after 2 week of waiting i wrote an email asking for the location of my package. the dipatch office returned my mail saying that the order has already being sent out.

i never receive my purchase and gizmos-us.com never again reply my email.

According to their web site, you SHOULD be able to track your order via your account, as shown below.

Order Tracking

You can track your parcel online by logging into your account. Here you will be able to check that your parcel has been dispatched and track it via the internet.

They also write:

We believe we offer the 'best delivery service' available on the internet today. We work hard to make sure our customers receive their orders in the fastest time possible. After all, isn't that what shopping on the internet is all about?
