I'm not one to write reviews as I have a very busy/hectic schedule; however, I made it a point to stop everything and write a review about the company Glamgal.
This has been by far the most HORRIBAL experiences.
I ordered a tiara and purse from this company in April. I hadn't read the reviews prior to placing my order as it was the only place I have been able to find after years (many bride's have specific things in mind for their wedding day, this was mine) of searching for the replica of the Cambridge Lovers Knot Tiara. I ordered it in April, even though my wedding was still months away, as the site states they are often out of stock, so I wanted to make sure I get it in time.
When I placed my order, I paid the additional $38 to have express shipping to get it ASAP after it shipped.
It is currently August 6th and I still have yet to receive my tiara. It was two weeks after placing my order and I hadn't received any information or update about my order. I emailed the company to find out what was going on. I was told the tiara won't be in until June, June wasn't far off, so I was ok with that and added a purse to my order that I was wanting.
June came and went, no tiara. I contacted Ann at Glamgal, she said the supplier she goes through won't have them until August. I waited and emailed Ann August 2nd. I recevied an email the same day stating she received it and would be shipping my tiara and purse out to me Saturday August 3rd, she would send me the tracking number and I should receive it Monday or Tuesday (August 5th or 6th). It is currently August 6th and I have not received a tracking number. I have an appointment with my hairstylist to do a trial run with my Tiara setup for tomorrow.
I emailed Ann for the tracking number, in which I had to email her twice asking for it before she responded.
Her response was "Not to worry. I'm fussing with the purse. New ship date is today. Be back later with shipping info."
I am now having to re-schedule my appointment and still without my tiara.
Ann fails to realize the importance of shipping things out within a timely fashion.
I am beyond furious, she took my money the second I placed my order and 3+ months later, i'm still without the items I ordered.
Don't ever purchase anything from this company, the reviews of their atrocious service are 100% true.
I won't ever order anything from this company again (was looking at some earrings they had, I'll now be taking my business elsewhere), nor will I ever recommend them to anyone else.
I thought the stress of buying a house was a pain, this is worse.
Stay away from this company, especially if your purchase has any urgency.
Being a bride to be, I have enough stress on my plate as it is, this didn't help.
I'll also be certain to let my wedding planner know not to refer this company to any of her clients to save them the stress that they will go through with having to deal with this company.

Be back later with shipping info." Still no tracking number, so I emailed again, she said it was emailed to me the previous night and to check my spam. I did so, no tracking so I asked for it again, this was Ann's response:

I'm sorry, but this is NO WAY to treat your clientele.
Stay as far from this company as possible.
I finally got the tracking number, which she claimed I should have received the evening of the 6th at 1:50 PM on the 7th, after the above email.

After my experience, where the money was immediately deducted from my credit card, I trust this person as far as I can throw them, I immediately cancelled my credit card number and requested a new one.


Stay far away from this company!

False Report of being ripped off. I was not ripped off by this company, I have returned the item and am expecting a speedy refund. I just had a very poor experience and this is the wrong site to have reported it as I was in no way ripped off by this company.

After much discussion with the company, this has been taken care of. The tiara was finally received and is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend getting tiaras from this company.
