It started with an email saying it's from amazon.com and you've won a free gift. Click on it and choose your gift. Then it tells you the gift is free but you have to pay shipping. After giving CC info that's it. The gift came then 14 days later my account is charger the full price. When I called they said I signed up for a new product every month and gave permission to charge my card. I never saw that. I tried to send it back for a refund but was told I was outside the 14 dat trial period and they couldnt take it back or give refund. Ascke to speak to a manager and got the runaround. He's not in, just stepped out, he's at a conference and they don't know when he'll be back.
