Complaint Review: Glamour Shots

It was my first and my last time I will ever go to a glamour shots. the manger was rude and snippy and 1st thing they don"t have their prices up on the wall at all.

My husband and went their to get pic done for our baby with the bunny of corse they did the bunny last when they should done it 1st. also they wasted 3 hours when they told us it be and hour. we picked 6 posses and they where asking a out rages price and we only wanted only wallet size of them and they said we don"t do that you have to buy all the posses in pakages not sepert. the manger saids your daughter would be this age only once and it is worth it. the price they give to us we can put a payment on a house or a car. we asked her no one can be that stupit to buy all the poses for that price. she told me a lot people do.

to cut this short did i get what I wanted no, did I have a choice no because i walked out because i was anoyed and my husband stayed and the manger told him I wanted two pic'sw that look the same and it was not the ones I wanted. I didn"t know that she spoke for me until I got into the car because I thought my husband had pick the same pic's so I was not going to argue with him.

2 posses for 100 bucks and we where charge axtra and we wanted our baby to be enter the easter contest and that didn"t happend . I thought by the nex day we would be finish with glamour shots but they had to called us and try to bugs into buying more pic's and we told we are not intrust in it. they buged us for 2 day's I called the corperate office and file a complanite and No one has return my phone calls when they promis to call me back.
