Complaint Review: Glamour Belly

I found the Glamour Belly Company on-line, after searching for belly casting kits. They offered a good deal (so I thought).I ordered one of their belly casting kits in mid/late December, using my credit card to pay on-line. Then, I just waited, and waited, and waited.

Finally, I e-mailed Glamour Belly to find out the status of my order, and waited again for a response. Nothing. After several more emails, and no response I notified my credit card company and filed a claim.

Also, I checked the website several times to make sure they were in fact still up and running, but did notice that there was not a phone number listed to call the company. My credit card company supplied me the phone number, because my card was charged immediatly after placing the order.

I tried calling several times. I always received a busy signal. This went on for days and days.

Eventually I found another email address for Heidi, so I emailed her and she sent me a generic email stating that they were working on shipping it. Matter of fact the next day, I received an email with a UPS tracking number. It sat for days with an expected delivery date of 1/19.

Around 1/25 I called UPS with the tracking number and they stated all they received was billing information, not the actual product to ship to me. This is what the UPS site shows..
"Jan 12, 2007 10:18 PM US BILLING INFORMATION RECEIVED"

So, here I sit, never received anything from this company, and my daughter is due in 3 more weeks. First grandchild, so I was hoping to make a a belly cast to remember this special time in my daughter's and my life. Thanks Glamour Belly for being such a BIG RIPOFF!!!

Thank Goodnees, my credit card company realized also this company is a Ripoff, and refunded my credit card company!!!

I really wish that there was more that could be done to Glamourbelly.com regarding the fact that they are ripping off alot of people. Imagine all the ones, that have NOT found this site. I know it took me awhile, before I located it!!!

Now I am off the BBB (Better Business Bureau) to file a complaint also!!!
