Rodney Stinson will come off as charming and knowledgeable in managing a property for you; however BAWARE - He is really deceitful and disrespectful to clients and tenants. Rodney claims to have a team of professionals that he works with from contractors to attorneys when it’s really him pocketing money and producing little to no results. He is dishonest in that he will tell clients that repairs are necessary and send fictitious invoices from his "professional contractor" only to poorly attempt to do the repairs himself. In addition he bad mouth clients to tenants and vice versa and does not follow through on any of his contractual agreements unless he is continually questioned by clients and even then he will half-heartedly perform. He certainly does not have his client’s best interest nor the tenants in mind. He is only out to benefit himself and appear more than what he really is a money hungry scammer. If you are seeking someone you can entrust your property with he is definitely NOT that person so please BEWARE. What’s even more alarming and unfortunate is that according to his LinkedIn page he is an Elected Member of the Board of Directors at City of Detroit- Brush Park Citizens District Council. One would think that as an elected official integrity would fall in the top on the characteristic chart.

The statement/claims made against my character in this ANONYMOUS Rip Off Report are erroneous, fallacious and baseless. I have been a successful licensed real estate professional for nearly ten years with in-depth knowledge and experience about how the real estate industry operates. This is supported by my current portfolio which spans across multiple states. Throughout my career, I have been characterized as a man of great integrity, honest, a dedicated worker and an ethical leader with a sincere interest in helping others. In addition, I have demonstrated my ability to handle a wide variety of tasks effectively and deliver on or before deadlines.
As a property manager, through the use of an extensive prequalification process I have a proven track record of matching highly qualified tenants with property owners. In 2014, I successfully managed a residential condo portfolio of well over $10 Million throughout the City of Detroit alone. My continued success has been possible through my ability to effectively communicate with people of varies diverse backgrounds. As a direct result of my ability to form relationships I have worked with a vast list of professional contractors, attorneys and vendors, many of which have become vital members of my staff.
The only fees paid to me is the monthly management fee. MY FEE is comparable to the other property management professional in my areas of expertise. The licenses and insurances of these professionals are available in my office for any potential client to verify and or review. Any repairs that are deemed necessary are obtained after a 10 page property inspection checklist has been completed including photos of ALL suggested repairs on any property that we manage.
This checklist is then shared with the property owner as it is my policy to obtain owner approval for all REPAIRS over $75. It’s important to note that this checklist is then reviewed line by line with the property owner to ensure that he/she understands how the repairs could impact the marketability of their property. As a result of this process, I have been able to obtain rental rates THAT far EXCEED the market standard.
