I made an appointment to have my windshield replaced by Glass Masters. My daughter took it in at 9:45 for a 10:00 appointment. The car was finally taken back around 1030.

They put the windshield they had gotten for me in another persons car and ended up having to go out and get another windshield for mine.

They showed my daughter the small gap between the middle plastic bar, below the windshield, and the two side plastaic pieces. She agreed they were there but were very small.

By around 12 noon, they finally finished. After getting home she noticed many glass shards on the dashboard and seats. A friend got in the car and actually got a piece of glass in his finger.

While inspecting the job, we noticed the side trim on the drivers side kept coming up and would not lay flat against the window. You can see where they pried the trim, dented it and broke the clip that holds that piece of trim down.

The gaps they showed her before were now much bigger, and that trim would not lay flat on the windshield like they are suppose to. They stuck up on both sides and were actually broken in half.

As soon as I could I took the car to the Honda dealership and showed them the damage. They could see where they pried off these pieces and broke them. They gave me an estimate of the damage and it totaled @$500.

I next went to Glass Masters to see what they would do about the damaged they caused. I talked with the Manager and the mechanic who installed the windshield. They kept trying to tell me they did not cause the damage and they showed my daughter the gaps. They said they told her they may break these pieces and she said it would be ok.  She did not say that it is ok to break it. Anyway they said it was all like that before and i know it was not. The manager was not there so she is going along with her mechanic who is lying about the condition of the care beforehand. He proceeded to walk away and call me a piece of crap and i asked the manager if it was ok with her that her mechanic treats customers like that. She did not say anything. She knew that wasn't right.

All they were willing to do was replace the broken clip. This would not take care of the dent in the trim they caused also. I finally had to walk away because i was not going to let them touch my car again. Who knows what they would have done.

This business in not BBB recognized, nor does Allstate Insurance. I wish i had done my research beforehand, I would have never taken it there.  With the way these people do business, i am surprised they are still in business,
