I ordered glasses from glassesUSA on July 22, 2015. When they did not show up in the timeframe promised, I requested that the order be cancelled and my money be refunded. This request was made well within the 90-day period. Each time I called their representative for a status, they asked me to be patient that my order was being processed. Again, I said I no longer want them…I just want a refund. I also told their representative on the phone that if they insisted on sending them after I requested that the order be cancelled, I would send them back. That is exactly what I did when they showed up in September 2015. So, now they have the glasses and my $253.00. They stretched it out just long enough to exceed the 90-day return policy.

 Since I complained, they said they would try to refund it to the card I charged them on. However, that card no longer exists. I offered to provide them with the new card and they said they could only refund it to the original card.

 I attempted to purchase glasses from them in good faith. Don't trust them. It appears that they have intentions of returning the money the stole from me. I am posting this information on all available social media sites. Get your glasses from a legitimate company!
