Complaint Review: Glassrack.net

Glassrack.net I order a drivers side window for a 2015 GMC Terrain and recevied a broken window. I have been calling and sent email for the past 3 weeks and no one is getting back to me. Its like they disappeared. I paid $178. and have a broken window. Internet

I ordered a driver side window for a 2014 GMC Terrain and when the glass was delivered it arrived broken. Immediiately contacted Glass Rackand recevied voice mail I left them a detailed message and no one calle dme back. I continued to call them for next 3 weeks I recevied an email from them and I responded to the email also informing them the window I recevied was broken. Todate I have continued to call them and leave messages and have not recevied any responses.

I paid them $178.00 which included shipping and handling and they are completely ingnoring there guarantee/ responsiblilty to the me the customer.

I want a new window delivered or a full refund as quickly as possible.

This definitely not the way to run a business.

Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
