The first time I saw a commercials for Valtrex I cringed and changed the channel. My young children laugh when they see the commercials.

Now I was just diagnosed with Genital Herpes. God only knows how I contracted this. My doctor wants to prescribe Valtrex because it have the best results. I refused because I do not want my kids to see the bottle and figure it out.

I contacted GlaxoSmithKlein and told them how disgusted I am with their intrusive and offensive primetime television advertising practices and they tell me it's a public awareness message. That Bull. It's a commercial, It's a sales pitch to sell their product.

So now I suffer to ensure my secret is safe. My doctor told me 1 of 10 patients also refuse this drug for the same reason as me. I also told this to GSK and they maintain it's a health awareness message. None the less this commercial has no place on TV. I want it stopped. Can you help?

The people at the money hungry giant is unconcerned with anything other then you MONEY. There are other drug options. We just don't know about them because they are concerned with the public's issue of CONFIDENTIALITY.
