Deceiving advertising:
Try this teeth whitening solution for free... only pay for S&H, and if you LIKE it, we'll send you a kit every month until you cancel. If you don't like it, cancel
within 14 days with no penalty. RIGHT! My "free" offer began on Nov 11th. They didn't bill my debit card
or ship it out until Nov 16th. By the time I got it in the mail on Dec 2nd, I was past the "14 days trial period!" AND THEY HAD ALREADY BILLED AND SHIPPED THE "MONTHLY" PRODUCT FOR $49.95 plus $6.95 S&H. No
email notice, no nothing. DECEITFUL AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE. By the time I got to speak with them to cancel subscription, I'm told it has just been shipped that Monday morning, Dec 6th. Well, how convenient. The trial takes two weeks to ship but when they want to rip you off for a $ 49.95 order, the product ships immediately! I then called to ask to refuse shipment and return it for a refund minus S&H
they told me that the company has a "No Return" policy!
The mailing address on the package I received is from:
Gleaming White

Desired Settlement: Refund
Desired Settlement Explaination

This business practice of a trial that costs you before you even try the product is clearly deceptive. The company should not be allowed to delay shipment and count those days into the "free trial period". Also, a no refund policy is obviously intended to keep money from (rip-off) customers who are clearly unhappy with the product, have not opened the package and/or refused its shipment. This is not a perishable product - a return and refund should be allowed. I filed a complaint with the BBB and am awaiting their response.
