Glen Apsel Fees charged were beyond agreed to amount Troy New York
Glen Apsel is the assistant manager at this truck rental. I clearly explained that the truck would be needed for 4 days. Glen told me the truck had to be back by Friday. He did not say it had to be back by 5PM! I got the truck back to them Friday night around midnight but the gates were closed, so I could not return it. On Monday, Glen Apsel told me because it was not back during business hours and I had the vehicle all weekend, he has to charge me for the weekend!
