Complaint Review: Glen Burnie Bounce Around

At a party I noticed many unsafe things. First, the equipment has all become worn which makes climbing up difficult. The rungs are stretched which causes both children and adults to fall.

Even worse, the really fun big slide has too short a landing which leads you to slide across the floor and literally hit a wall. If that isn't bad enough, you have to slide in front of another slide in order to hit the wall which is just asking for a head on collision.

The worst part - During the party two of the parents were injured. Rather than seem concerned or empathetic, Tom wandered around talking about how "when we get old our ankles get weak." One of the parents wound up with a broken foot after sliding off the rung on the obstacle course. Again, no concern was shown only rudeness and concern only for himself.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are a lot of other options in the area which are safer and a lot friendlier.
