Glencara Irish Collection No Customer Service, Charge by FedEx for Free Shipping!!!!!! Galway Ireland
Ordered a ring from Glencara. Invoice states "free shipping". I have received a final notice from FedEx for $15.80. I have tried to contact the company several times i.e. email - no reply, phone calls - no one ever answers the phone. I guess I will have to suck it up and pay FedEx but....... please "buyer - beware!!"
