Glencara Irish Jewelry Still Haven't Received My Order, No Contact/No Customer Service from Glencara Galway Ireland

I ordered a ring from Glencara on Dec. 7 and received an email on Dec. 10 stating that the order would be shipped within 24 hours and I would receive it within 3 to 5 working days. It is Dec. 27 and I haven't received the ring. I've tried calling Glencara at least a dozen times during their business hours and all I get is a recording and instructions to email them if there is an issue and "in most cases it would be responded to within 24 hours." I emailed Glencara on December 23 to advise them that I did not receive my order. I didn't receive a response. I followed up again today by email requesting a refund. I should have taken the complaints against Glencara more seriously. However, I thought at the time that no business is infallible so there's bound to be a few complaints, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Boy was I wrong! All I want is my refund - ASAP - and an apology from Glencara.
