My fiancé and I ordered a set of claddagh rings from Glencara in November of 2013. They responded to our email questions and were somewhat helpful. We received the rings in December, they were beautiful, but mine was too small. I called, emailed daily to try to figure out what to do. No answer, I called during "normal buisness hours" no response. Finally an automated email said to mail it to New York, which I did, the way they said to. I insured it AND had a tracking number on it. They now have my ring, our $800 and won't respond to emails or phone calls. Seriously, we just want my ring back and I will get it resized on my own. Never ever order from this company! Horrible customer service! Shame on them!
