Complaint Review: Glendale PC Services

I took my laptop in for a few simple repairs (CD burner wasn't working, videos were choppy and the computer periodically shut off). I was told the repairs would cost $99.

When I went to pick up my computer the next day the price had jumped to $129. I was okay paying the extra money because I was told they had fixed all the issues.

When I got home, hours later, I attempted to play a video and not only was it choppier than before, but the audio was also messed up. The CD burner still doesn't work and the computer now shuts off even faster.

I called Sheldon (if that's even his real name) who denied ever telling me they had fixed the issues. When I asked for a refund since they had not done what they said they were going to do, "Sheldon" became very defensive and even cursed at me on the phone. He and his employees were rude, condescending and confrontational.

These are a sketchy group of individuals (as can be seen from their multiple company names) and should not be trusted with your computer. Save your money and find a real computer repair company.
