I recommend do not do any type of business with Glenn Francis. He sells autogrpahs of celebrities for prepaid transactions but then does not fulfill his orders. Resulting in him not refunding customers. He ripped me off by absonding funds for an air fare to an out of state event we were both going to shoot. He was to pay this advance back immediately within 2 days. He has not paid. Glenn has also not returned calls, text messages, emails. He lives off his mom in Joshua Tree, CA. Pre sells autogrpahs but then does not fullfill orders. He also does not payback money that he owes to co workers in this case an advance to purchase a plane ticket and cannot be contacted. I will be filing a police report and contacting my credit card company to file for a charge back. Even though he has not money in his bank acct. This will freesze his paypal acct. from ripping off more innocent victims. Do not do any typoe of business with this fraudulent person.

This fraudulent report was posted by a very sleazy and despicable rival male photographer who goes by the fake name of "Angel." Every word of this report is an outright lie. The Ripoff Report clearly states that it does NOT VERIFY any information that anyone filing a report says, and this report is proof of that. This 'Angel' person is a drifter from northern California who comes to Los Angeles for the purpose of getting selfies of himself with girls and models to show to his friends in northern California and tells them he is some kind of big movie producer and photographer. He gets into events by producing a fake PressPass and fake business cards. He also uses my name and outstanding reputation to get into events.
Once I found this out, I told the producers of events what he was doing and got him banned. This report is his retribution also known as cyber-bullying and harassment.
Regarding his made-up claims: Every word this "Angel" scumbag has written is total made-up lies. This nonsense about refunds and owing him money is completely false, it is he who has never reimbursed me for the money I loaned to him to get his things out of the pawn-shop. He even goes so far as to say I live with my mom (who died in 2004) and live off of her. I live fine with the money I make as a professional photographer.
He says nonsense like he [will be] filing a police report and that and charging back a non-existent credit card charge (he wrote this Oct. 2017). Just more absurd made-up lies.
He offers absolutely Zero proof for anything he says because there isn't any - because it's all lies.
