Glenn Jessen a cowardly former owner of Claims Specialists International is working with or owns Colorado Roof Exchange and should be avoided. You could be his next victim.
Jessen has been the center of tv news stories centered around ripping people off of insurance money for roof jobs. He and his former partner Melissa King were asked by news reporters what happened to all the money they took from people. Neither one of them could answer.
He among with many others were questioned by the Colorado State AG's office and there may be an ongoing investigation on Jessen. Glenn Jessen has a lengthy criminal rap sheet and should be avoided.
Knowing what I know about Glenn Jessen I would cancel my contract with Colorado Roof Exchange. If I had one

Is it OK for anyone to get on this website and spread lies anonymously?The person or persons (seems to be the same person), obviously has a personal grudge or is a competitor trying to make trouble. The truth of the matter is Glenn Jessen used to run Claim Specialists International with four other partners that owned that company.As long as Glenn was with the company roofs were getting put on and none of the vendors were out more than thirty days on their billings. Melissa King, Bob Downey and Mark Baker systematically ran the other partners (including Glenn), out of the company. Melissa was the ring leader. She was the company treasurer, so it was easy to manipulate the situation after Tom Hall (another partner) quit, leaving her to be the only signature on any of the bank accounts. She and her accountant Anna Gibson ( who is on parole) were the only ones allowed to see the books or review any of the accounts.Hundreds of people were left without their roofs being complete, that is tragic and sad. Let the blame lie with those who are truly guilty. Melissa king also known as Heather King, has been trying to hide from this for months. She started a new company called K2 Construction and recently merged with AVI Roofing. AVI was one of the main vendors for CSI. That seems suspicious. Bob Downey and Mark Baker are now running a company called Red Rock Roofing. Seems to be unregistered anywhere. But they are doing business in the Metro area. Bob still answers the CSI phone. The truth is Glenn Jessen does good honest business. There are no complaints against any company he now manages, and he is looking into taking civil and criminal action against the aforementioned culprits.

I know this also. I called Colorado Roof Exchange I they said Glenn works with them. They will not admit this now. Glenn ripped us off and it still in the roofing business ripping people off. Do not deal with Colorado Roof Exchange. Safe yourself the trouble and loss of money it is not worth it to deal with a new roof company. Go somewhere else. DO not sign anything with them or give them anymoney. This is the truth just trying to help people. So they will not get scammed like I did
