Complaint Review: Glenn W. Woods Numismatist

My husband and I purchased 2 Rolex watches from Miike Follett, prior to Mike's death and transfer of the company to Glenn Woods.  Mike Follett was my father's best friend and my father trusted him with all of his Rolex purchases and repairs.  In 2009, I sent my ladies Rolex in for repairs and received it back in good condition without incident.  On Auguust 24, 2011 I sent both our Rolexes in for repair and, over 2 years later, have never received them back.

Both my husband and I have contacted him on numerous occasions through phone calls to both his office and his cell phone, which is no longer in service,  and through text messages and emails.  He called me back on one occasion in 2012 and told me he would have the Rolexes in the mail that week.  He never sent them.  I contacted him for weeks after that and he finally called me again and indicated he had just returned from being out of the country for 3 weeks and would have them in the mail that week.  He never sent them.  

Since the last phone call over a year ago, we have tried repeatedly to contact him and he doesn't return calls, emails or text messages. 

When I researched his name on the internet, I found that I was not his only victim.  He is a liar and a fraud.  I know it has no meaning to him, but it has been a comlete insult to my father and my family that the successor to Mike Follett's business is such a monster who stole from Mike's friends.
