GLH Roofing ripoff - Does not pay supply bills resulting in liens, no permits no documentaition for new roof installtion. Not responding to phone calls and request for warranty. Fremont California
New roof ordered, and fully paid by the title co. from hom seller's funds. Home buyer gets a lien notice due to the roofer paying for the roofing supplies with bad checks. Buyer's Realty Agent paid the bill to protect the new owner/home buyer who had nothing to do with the bill. Buyer did not get the warranty, the copy of the city permit and the roofer does not respond to phone calls to correct the problem.

I am not sure, but there is also a GLH Roofing Contarctor in Danville, CA with the same phone massage as the one in Fremont.
It has a different Phone # and address, but since there is no response from that one in Danville, I suspect it is the same crook.
