I ordered all six seasons of NCIS Boxed DVDs. I never received them.
I tried contacting the vendor via e-mail 4+ times without any response. I placed my order on 1/8/2009 and my credit card was billed that same day however, I never received my order. I tried calling them at 813-944-3018 and got a recorder so I left a voice message regarding this order. Order Number #2376. My order still shows as pending, however their site indicates that they have 56 in stock.
I filed a complaint with the Florida Better Business Bureau but have not heard back.
The Credit Card Transaction took place on 1/8/2009.
