Complaint Review: Glitek

Glitek, Glitek Hoverboards, Chris Glitek, Chris, Tony Le, D Dorian, D. Dorian, Sneha Glitek is HUGE RIPOFF... do NOT PURCHASE! We were scammed out of $550 after returning a defective unit... they supplied FedEx return shipping label and rec'd unit then will not answer phone OR email inquiries! New Brunswick New Jersey

We purchased a hoverboard from Glitek for Christmas.  We used a coupon from The Wendy Show after reading a press release endorsing Glitek's product.  We thought we were safe - boy were we wrong!  Within the very first week the unit was broken, with a large crack on the base (obviously defective!)  

After much effort we were able to get Glitek to provide return information and confirmation they would replace with a new unit upon receipt of the broken one.  We return shipped to Glitek, % of Tony Le at 301 George Street, Suite 320, New Brunswick NJ 08901 using a prepaid Fed Ex shipping label provided by Glitek.  Per Fed Ex tracking, the unit was rec'd and signed for by a "D Dorian" within a few days of FedEx picking up.  

Since then, weeks then months have gone by and Glitek will not answer any phones, return any voice messages nor respond to any of the umpteen emails we have sent.  We were SCAMMED and are now reaching out to consumer protection agencies, BBB, The Wendy Show and any and all avenues possible to recover our $500+ we spent on this hoverboard scam.  

STAY AWAY FROM GLITEK THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF LIKE THEY DID US AND OTHERS!
