I have emailed them numerous times to replace the Earrings i purchased but they still continue to ignore my requests. I paid around $125.00 for Gold earrings that i know are not real gold. No response to numerous emails. Buyer Beware of this merchant. They are selling for gold prices but are not Gold. I do most of my shopping online and have purchased many gold jewlery products from other merchants that stand behind there products.
This merchant totally ignores when there is a problem with his product.Yet on his website states that the products are guaranteed. Where is my or anyone elses guarantee if once you purchase from him, you never get a response for bad product.
And the money you spent is down the drain with no refund or new product. I hope this helps someone else not to get ripped off
