Complaint Review: Glo Nail Bar

A few weeks ago went to glo nail bar with a friend. The girl who did my nails was, Cindy. She was one of the rudest people I've ever met. When I told her I wanted my nails in a rounded square shape, she told me to either pick round or square bc "rounded square didn't exist. Funny I get it all the time at other salons. At the same time I'm getting a pedicure. Nail girl Cindy keeps snapping at me bc she thinks I'm moving too much. Um... the pedi girl asked me to to move. Excuse me for breathing. My friend look at me and shakes her head. We're both in shock over this rude b****. In the end I had nails of all different lengths and they were so think they looked like a 5 year old did them! My cuticles were all cut up and sore and later after I complained about Cindy the owner says it's wasn't her fault, bc the gel got on my cuticles! What? That is a total lie! Not a drop of gel was anywhere but on my nails and even it if was, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! Then the mean bitter chick pours alcohol over my already bleeding fingers. Ugh! Anyway, I had no issues with the girl giving me a pedi. She did however nick my big toe while cleaning under the nail... that instrument must not have been clean, bc my big toe is now, GREEN WITH FUNGUS! I just texted a photo of it to my doctor friend and she freaked out! She told me The meds I have to to take are very strong and could cause liver damage.

I am beyond angry right now! My friend and her husband come to this salon every two weeks and they have vowed not to return either. Before the infection to my toe showed up ( gel started peeling off today ) the manager said they would refund me $70. Which I still haven't seen? $237 for gel nails! I had no idea it was that much. As soon as those girls saw us they started racking up the bill! Hey glo salon.... I I suggest you refund me in full, or get sued. My friend, Julie was with me and witnessed exactly what happened. Even mentioned that, Cindy is mean to everyone. That I can handle, but when you make excuses about the service we got and try to deflect blame, that is just wrong. I suggest you call me to refund me in full, before I take legal action..
