On Nov 7, 2018- I contacted Global Apartment Housing through the
Advertisement posted on Craigslist. Chad Newman Chief Director of
Corporate Housing, Director  of Real Estate Services, Executive
Assistant to Global Apartment Housing LLC) Contacted me in reference
to the Advertisement. Mr. Newman provided information and where to
send the funds to. He mentioned that Zelle account, nor Paypal could
not take payment due to them being closed. However Cash App could
receive payment as this was set up under DeWayne ($deeclarkceo).

On Nov 7,2018 - Prior to payment, I proceeded to send information of
what I was requesting to ensure the company could handle my
requirements. The company - Global Apartment Housing confirmed they
could.

 On Nov 8, 2018 - I proceeded with payment of 675 by Cash APP ( 275.00
- JZMBBBA and 400 - JECBAF4) . I received a receipt confirming payment
and any refunds to be made within 30-60 from date Nov 8, 2018 or
sooner.

On Nov 27,2018 - I requested refund due to services unrendered.

On Dec 11, 2018 - Mr. Newman indicated that I would have 200 credited
back to me on Dec 17 2018. I have not been refunded the money owed.
Also per their receipt they mention 30-60 days from Nov 8, 2018 and
still the funds have not been refunded.

I have sent numerous request to $Deeclarkceo for my funds to be
returned to me. Either this cash tag belongs to the CEO or Chad Newman
of Global Apartment Housing. This is the method of payment that is
used to compensate them for their services.   They have ignored my
requests causing them to expire or decline.

I would like the funds remitted to me as soon as possible.

I would caution Global Apartment Housing to check the receipts they submit to clients. It states "Any Refunds take 30-60 days" The details about any refunds does not say nonrefundable. 

On 11/7/2018, I responded  to Global Apartment Housing's advertisement- indicating they assist credit challenged renters with the opportunity to rent, which is a professional service that entails a guaranteed approval. It further indicates -everyone is approved. The same evening, Mr Newman responded with a request for details about the places I wished to reside at. I responded with details as well as disclosing my attempts to apply for the rentals but was unsuccessful.

Prior to submitting payment, I asked Mr. Newman if he could assist with the matter knowing of my attempts. As per our discussion on 11/8/2018, I was under the impression he could assist. It was after the discussion that I submitted payment for the company's service. My receipt is dated 11/8/2018. Therefore, Global Apartment Housing knew I was declined prior to payment.

In response to his mention that i was never refunded the application fee is false. I received a credit from the company when my attempts to apply was declined. This decline was due to a previously unpaid balance of an apartment I co-leased for a relative in another state I did not know about until the property management disclosed it to me after pulling the renter's report.  I knew it would take some time to rectify the issue is why I sought the assistance of Global Apartment Housing. 

When I called the property management company on 11/27/2018, they indicated that they sent an application to Global Aprtment Housing since i opted to use an alternative leasing company, but never received anything. So I am not quite sure if the application fee was ever paid to them. This is what prompted me to request refunds back due to lack of follow up on the Alternative's leasing company's end. 

On 12/11/2018, per email dated from Mr. Newman stating the refund of 200.00 would be sent to me...to this day remains outstanding. A company with such a great record would want to send payment immediately in order rectify the issue, but has not done so, despite attempts on my end to collect thru the same funds request platform utilized by the Alternative Leasing Company. 

I sincerely hope the company refunds the money on May 1, 2019. I will send them an address and keep RipoffReports apprised of the the situation. Thank you for this platform.

Hi, 

As the owner of the company, I would like to respond to this complaint that has been made against my company. I have listed a copy of my refund policy If it's before or after 48 Hours of service. It clearly states that the application fees are not to be refunded after 48 hours. 

After Starting the Process I was told that Mrs. Joseph was declined by the property for an approval for an apartment rather credit or criminal background. We worked at getting the property manager to overturn the decision but application fees had been paid and my policy is stated clearly on receipt. 

The Property refused to refund Her from there initial interaction and she was Not approved. I was unsure as to how we are to refund her at the Point. But because I want to keep my great record of not having issues online or social media we will refund her payment on May 1st 2019, In the amount Of $200. I would like for the client to submit an address for payment to be mailed to.
