Complaint Review: Global Auto Cash Car Renals

These people donnot give full details when you rent to them! they told me it would cost me $155+$300 deposit+ $70 for unlimited miles and i had to use my own full coverage car insurance.

Got to the rental place and they charged us $450 for a 4 door nissan altima rental + $300 deposit and still said $70 would give us unlimited miles.

The called us in the middle of our trip as we were driving through Bakersfield, California saying we were taking the car beyond where we had said we were going....which is untrue. Coarsegold is outside Fresno, California and you have to pass Bakersfield, CA to get there!!

We took our trip to Coarsegold, California and came back to vegas. In total it was a 3 day trip. We detailed the car so it was clean when we returned it.

When my husband returned the car they informed my husband that our personal car insurance company didnt cover rental cars and we were charged 3 days  worth of insurance as well as $0.46 per mile because apparently the $70 only gave us 700 miles which they did not disclose! nor did they disclose this when they interupted our trip to call us to see where we were going!

they kept most of our deposit due to these charges that we were not notified of! and they even acted as though they were doing us a favor by offering to give us a discount on the mileage charges from $0.46 per mile to $0.30 per mile and acted as though they were really doing us a favor!

Do not waste your time or $$ on this  deceptive company!
