Global-automotive Fuel pump went bad. They gave me the run around and then would'nt answer any emails. Miami Florida
I bought a fuel pump from global-automotive on eBay. It lasted about a month, and then it went bad. I emailed them and received a reply saying that I needed to give them an auction item number with my name on it. I found out that they use there ability to hide there customers names (Buyer: User ID kept private) in order to confuse there customers that are trying to return something within the year warranty period. I responded back that "my name was not showing up on the completed auction because of there way of handling the transaction." And that "it shouldn't be a problem because I paid with Pay Pal so they could verify the transaction that way."
After that, I couldn't get any more responses from them.
They say in there eBay ad, "NO GIMMICKS! Buy from us with security & peace of mind."
What a joke. The bad part is I left a good rating and there isn't any way to warn future victims.
