I purchased a stage 2 chip for my car, installed it as directed, didnt work, contactacted Global Autoshop and they advised what else i could do, so i did that and still didnt work.

After that my car wouldnt start, again cotacted Global Autoshop they again advised what to do, well that didnt work either, and from that point i had to take my car to the dealer to rectify the problem, the chip i purchased fried the cars computer

Now Global Autoshop refuse to reply to any of my e-mails after i asked for a refund and half the cost of repair, i urge everyone not to buy anything from Global Autoshop.

I thought i was being nice in only asking for half the repair cost, why wont they reply ?????, guess their customer service isnt good at all.

" OK, just call me an idiot, the same as the person above.  I did not realize how to install it right until I contacted you guys and follow the instruction carefully. Your system works fine. I should have been more observant. I have been a back yard mechanic for years as my father worked for Mercedes Benz and taught me how to do many car repairs.

Just being a complete idiot on this one. Thank you for your patients on this one. Just use my e-mails as an example of someone who does not know what the hell they are talking about. Jeez!! Thanks guys. I think it's just fair for me to write for you guys too"
