Three Las Vegas residents have been indicted by the federal grand jury for allegedly defrauding almost 400 persons of over $5 million in connection with a grant funding telemarketing scheme, according to Daniel G. Bogden, United States attorney Nevada. 

Gregory Villegas, aka Ray Matsui, aka Ray Mathis, 34; Christine M. Gagnon, aka Lisa Foster, aka Crystal Waters, 33; and Mickey Gines, 40, all of Las Vegas, are each charged with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing, and 31 counts of wire fraud. ..........................

I am so up set my husband is a Doctor and I own and operate 4 Non Profit company's we are out standing citizens. Who will take legal action against this until removed, My daughter is only 13 and spent hours crying after her private school teacher showed her this false statement. You are cruel and horrible to post a child's name upon this web site. She has never worked a day in her life for any one and is an outstanding student at Ohi school in the Los Angels Area.
