I have many issues in regards to this company called Global Cash Card they take fees for just using there card...This is a pay card a job placement agency issued to there prospective employees for hire at big factories and such. however, not everyone has good credit to get a bank account and are being forced to take this card or basically not get paid or find other employment. being charged if your card gets declined they call it a declined card fee which is absurd and extremely rediculous and a fee for using your  pin number  for your security. Also, when calling them about a transaction in question you call there 949-***-**** on the back of your card then you have to call another place called Meta Bank...long story short this is ONE Joke of a company!!!!!!!

Explains the fees and a new card holder gets the fee schedule in the Cardholder Agreement and Disclosure.

Fees at non-network ATMs. Banks charge fees if you use your ATM at a non-bank/network ATM.

Fees for declined transactions, translated you don't keep a register of your account and how much money you have in it. When you try to spend money you don't have you get charged a fee, just like at banks. This is the behaivior that causes bad credit that keep some people from getting bank accounts.

This is not a rip off, just indicates that you don't take personal responsibility in managing your financial affairs.
