ON JUNE 16TH I WENT TO A STORE TO MAKE A PURCHASE, I OWED THE STORE MONEY BECAUSE THERE WERE NOT ENOUGH FUNDS ON MY CARD. SO THEY LOADED THE MONEY BACK TO MY CARD TOOK OFF AN ITEM AND SWIPED MY CARD. I DID NOT GO THROUGH, THE CARD DECLINED. SO THE CASHIER CALLED THE MANAGER OVER TO HELP, THE MANAGER SWIPES MY CARD ABOUT 3 MORE TIMES BECAUSE WE ALL KNOW I HAVE THE MONEY ON THERE. DECLINE, DECLINE, DECLINE. THE NEXT NIGHT JUNE 17 I SEE PENDING CHARGES FOR THE SWIPES THAT WERE MADE. I THOUGHT IT WAS NO BIG DEAL I WILL JUST CALL GLOBAL CASH RUSH OIN JUNE 18 AND EXPLAIN TO THEM WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND I WOULD BE FIXED. NO I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG. THEY KNOW NOTHING FROM THE CSR TO THE SUPERVISOR HECTOR CRUISE. ACCORDING TO HECTOR WHEN THE STORE REFUNDED MY MONEY IT SHOULD HAVE WENT RIGHT BACK ON TO MY CARD, SO I ASKED THEN WHY WERE MY TRANSACTIONS DECLINED. ITS UNDER MY IMPRESSION THE MONEY GOES TO THE BANK AND YOU WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE BANK TO RELEASE THOSE FUNDS TO YOU. HECTOR SAID NO IT GOES TO VISA AND VISA AUTOMATICALLY RELEASES THOSE FUNDS TO YOU AS SOON AS THE MARCHANT REFUNDS YOU MONEY. BS, THAT IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED. I ASKED THEN WHY AFTER THEY REFUNDED THE MONEY AND I SWIPED THE CARD AGAIN IT DECLINED CONTINUOUSLY. HECTOR REPLIED HE DIDNT KNOW. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ABOVE HIM HE SAID HE COULDNT GIVE THAT INFO FOR THAT TO BE DONE WHAT TYPE OF BS COMPANY IS THAT WONT TRANSFER YOU TO WHO NEED TO TALK TO. CURRENTLY THE ISSUE IS UNRESOLVED AND I AM OUT OF MONEY DEALLING WITH THIS BS COMPANY. STAY AWAY OPEN YOU A BANK ACCOUNT WAY LESS HASSLE. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Thank you for your inquiry. At times even though the card has declined, the merchant collects the funds and after a few days on the expiration date the funds are released. As I have spoken to you on June 21, 2016 as a courtesy, I have released a pending authorization of $24.08 before the funds were set to expire. We like you to know that on Saturday, June 18, 2016 the supervisor that you spoke to was the person in charge of the customer service team.
