The company I work for gave us an option to either receive our salaries via direct deposit or be FORCED to have a global Cash Card.  Our company saved money in processing pay roll and the employee was charged exhorbant fees every time they tried to take their salary out at an ATM machine.  In plainer words, if you have a global Cash card you will be charged fees to access your salary.  This is legal perhaps because of banking deregulation but it is repulsive and discusting abuse of American workers. And the global Cash Card company has, in fact contracts with government employees.
Employees salaries are kept in the bank of the global Cash Card company where it helps them gain interest and profits from the employees salary. 
When they give you a card they give you a brochure of the "rules", with writing that is so small you can barely read it; along with a fee schedule that is barely readable.  They also say that by accepting this card you agree not to be part of a class action law suit.  Of course you take the card if you want your salary.  They also sell your private data to other companies.
this is criminal by the banks at best and targets poor employees who do not have bank accounts and are charged every time they try to have access to their salaries.

I am not sure which of their barely English proficient representatives you are GlobalCashCard12 but I see your post on here and it is very sad that you try to pretend to be so helpful and polite when a electronic complaint is filed on the internet for the entire world to see about how you people do business. If all the representatives were trained and as quick to help as what you are then perhaps the Better Business Bureau complaints and RipOffReport.com complaints filed against you would not have even had to exist.  

The 2 issues I had could have been solved immediately if for starters your representative had not provided incorrect information to me the first time, and the 2nd issue would never have occurred if your representative "Enrique" (do not have his last name) had been willing to do his job and not be combative resulting in a verbal conflict. Oh and lets see Herbert Perez promises to return calls within 15-20 and 2 hrs later he has never returned a call, nor email, resulting in another call to yet another unhelpful representative who said that Herbert had already came to a resolution and thats just how it is.  

It is even more enraging that he did not have the common courteousy to return the call as he promised to relay the results. You obviously must just stand at the Mexican/US border and find the most incompetent and unhelpful people with the lowest English skill possible to staff your call center because I have never dealt with a ruder more disgusting group of reps in my life and I have been a call center supervisor in various capacities for 10 years and even have spent time in India opening a center.  

At least over there they appreciate the job and extend the customer every courteousy unlike your call center which lacks professionalism, courteousy, and respect I pray JFC Staffing stops using you crooks and thieves.  The American Express Bluebird card has almost zero fees with direct deposit and the customer service is 1000 times better, The Walmart Money Card also has less fees and a much better customer service than you have.  So if your going to claim your competitive for the industry perhaps you should look at your competitors first before making such false statements because your far from competitive
