This company called us explaining that we had won a cruise and all that we had to do was come to their office to claim our prize. At no point were we told that we were going to be forced to sit with a woman who smelled like stale cigarettes while she tried to lure us into their timeshare scam for 2 and a half hours!!
We asked them to give us our cruise or allow us to get on with our day and the lady said they would mail our certificate which they never did not that that is surprising.
This company, it turns out, has changed names several times because they keep ripping peeople off! I would compare these people to Bernie Madoff but Bernie Madoff victims described him as charismatic. 20 minutes of listening to this woman spin their" benefits" and I wished I could switch places with Bernie Madoff just so I could get away from the life sucking drudgery of her presentation.
I almost bought the package just so that I could book a discounted flight away from her.
