Global Concepts Ent,inc. home improvement grant (39,000.00 dollars) sent 4930.00 check for taxes and fees and stupid me cashed it because i thought it was a government grant that i had been applying for. EDitor's NOTICE: These grants people receive in the mail are ALL BOGUS! Kiss your money good by! These crooks are from over seas, our US Government cannot do anything about it. I received a letter stating that my home improvement grant was approved. and here is a check to pay the taxes and fees. So I cashed the check at my bank and sent the money back to them and now i'm afraid i will owe my bank all this money back.
