My wife and I believed that time we spend searching for airfare and travel is not worth money we save and we agree to enrolled in travel membership with Global Service or Global connection which sometimes appears as a different company but they belong to the same scam.


From beginning it did not look like normal presentation because they keep everything secret until they told you real deal to negotiate. We did not have time to research anything about company or their services.


Problem started when we realized that they charge us monthly 50% more then they promised in the initial contract. There is also an annual charge every year when you use their service but they will charge you regardless what you do and attempt to resolve this problem with them never have results in your favor.  


 


We finally realized that we are powerless even thou contract is written as is without specifics they will not accept your complaint. We never use their services but we paid over thousand dollars so far. When asked to cancel membership with Global Services Inc, they demanded additional $1,831 for settlement. We believe this unacceptable since contract itself does not say anything about cancellation. We presumed that we will lose all money paid earlier but we never anticipated that sort of punishment, which is unfair deceptive trade practice.
We tried to cancel our membership with Global Services, Inc. and discussed this issue with representatives on several occasions but they demanded additional pay for settlement. According to the Confidential Release


 


Agreement received in a mail on November 6, 2009 we should pay $1,800 for membership cancellation in addition to our money already accumulated in our account from 06/2008. Despite the fact that we never used their services they charge our account additionally $389.00 assuming that we use their services in current year even we did not. Since we are not in position to control excessive charges that Global services impose we decide to exit from this membership and ask BBB to help. However local BBB play tricks as well by asking additional information and when you sent it they canot find it. Global Services is member of BBB and have very high score regardless what they have A+ regardless of 108 issue and 20 unresolved.
