Global Contact Services Fake Embarq Rep Unknown Unknown
My business was contacted by "Global Contact Services". A young lady advised me that they were a marketing partner of Embarq (Sprint). She told me how she wanted to cut my phone bill by $50 a month, if I just authorized it. Since the caller ID was blocked and I couldn't understand why Embarq would hire someone else to lower my bill, I told her I would have to check them out first.
She happily gave me her number (800-975-5413) and her customer service number (866-407-6514) so that I could check them out. I called Embarq instead.
Embarq said that this company is NOT in partnership with them and to NOT do business with them. THEY ARE A RIPOFF!
