Needed to replace speaker in my phone.

Minimum order was 3 speakers. Bought 3. None of them worked.

Sent parts back.

Got parts returned back to me with message saying they were ok.

Went and verified with 2 other local shops and all confirmed that the parts were NOT working.

They dragged this out throughout over more than 1.5 months, taking weeks to reply back.

When they finally dragged it out long enough, they said my warranty expired.

Eventually found and bought the part from a local shop and installed it with no problems.
