Kimberly Riddle and Michael Mackay are responsible for taking a $995.00 Refundable Processing Deposit from us before rendering services. They said that they would fund a deal that makes sense with no problem. I'm a realtor and now an investor and I know how to structure a deal. We sent them a promissing deal with comps, rehab estimates etc...we put down a 10% earnest money deposit and have plenty of reserves.

Once we gave them the money they asked for more documents which we gave immediately because we were prepared and know from experience what to expec oft what a lender might ask for. Once we gave them all the docs we were waiting for appraisal or BPO to be ordered and that never came about. We went to GEA's website to order the BPO and were ready to pay the fee for it and we heard nothing.

I attempted for two weeks (everyday on the hour for 9 hours) to get a hold of Kimberly or Michael and finally got Michael on the second week who said "we're backed up and are working on things...get an extension". Which we did and still nothing until today 08/31/2012 and we now stand to loose $6,000 earnest money deposit. We would like an attorney to contact us as well as the FBI to track these type of people down who ruin it for the good guys out there. Kimberly and Michael are Wanna B's that can't and never will be what they want to be which are successful professionals. Stay Away From These People!!

Our company recently worked with Mike McKay and Kim Riddle at GEA on a deal and we find them to be very proficient and professional.  Our deal involves a commercial building that is regarding as a church building that many lenders were not interested in even looking at funding.  Mike McKay and his team found a lender for us and we closed our transaction relatively smoothly.  Kim Riddle was very helpful throughout this process.  She provided constant updates, be it phone calls or e-mails, we were always kept up to date on our transaction.  It was a pleasure to work with Mike and Kim.  Our company will be doing more business with them.
