For a team leader ,he's a vary poor example one that sites at a desk and does nothing. sent paper work by fax to his e-mail and it took two weeks to fine out not all the paper work came though he sent to American Financial Resources inc which took two weeks to get back to him to tell him some was missing. point if he had checked the paper work he would have seen some was missing . two weeks went by and the same thing happen  again. poor leader poor service and bad company to deal with.

You stated that the employee was terminated in 2011?  This report is based off of year 2012.  If the company is legit and has morales and standards then why do you contact people who are on the Do not call registry? 

When you do contact people you utilize a spoofed local number?  Does not sound too legit to me.  When a call is returned the employees on the other end make threats, curse, and are down right unprofessional.  How is this company legit?

Dissatisfied Customer was not approved was not a result of Darrens poor service YES it was, after sending the paper work to him he just sent it on to the american financial resources and did'nt check it to see if all the paper work, was there before sending it on  causing a two week delay  . Two weeks went by   befor he told me that some of the paper work was missing.  And that was the first time, two more weeks went by before he called me  again and said that american financial resources  had'nt gotten all the paper work they needed again . and yes we were unhappy about geting turned down, But  me point is,  he  could have done a better job and we could have moved on  sooner if the exter month  he made us take by him, doing the  job the way he did. And were did you get this  appraisal came in $78,000 low due to the subject propertys close proximity to a gas station (FHA requires subject property be located 300 ft away).  On the appraisal that we got it said the appraisal came in at  300,000 we had the appraisal checked by a appraisal here that said the same thing 300,000 and yes the  the turn down was due to being to clouse to the gas station per FHA GLIDE LINES. And yes I am sure that  Global Equity Finance, Inc. has a vary good   reputation and is a vary fine  organization  some times you just get a bad apple in it. We were not cutting Global Equity Finance, Inc down just one of its employes that could have done a better job for Global Equity inc.  Thank you

This rebuttal is filed in response to Report #871022, filed on April 19, 2012, by user struluet from Deadwood, OR.  

At Global Equity Finance, we pride ourselves on having the highest level of customer service. Therefore, all negative feedback is reviewed with the utmost importance, and we do all we can to rectify the situation with our dissatisfied customer. A letter of explanation has been extended to user struluet.  For the awareness of the general public, a brief explanation is outlined below:

January 26, 2012 was the point of initial contact between Daren Douglas and Dissatisfied Customer. The initial paperwork was sent to the Dissatisfied Customer by Darren on February 6. We received signed paperwork from Dissatisfied Customer on February 20. Paperwork was submitted to American Financial Resources on February 20. On March 6, the appraisal was ordered. Inspection took place on March 15 and the appraisal report came in from the appraiser on April 6.  

The reason why the Dissatisfied Customer was not approved was not a result of Darrens poor service, but because the appraisal came in $78,000 low due to the subject propertys close proximity to a gas station (FHA requires subject property be located 300 ft away).

The purpose of this rebuttal is not to defend the actions of Daren Douglas, who was terminated from the organization on April 16, 2011, but to defend the reputation of our organization. Global Equity Finance, Inc. only employs experienced loan officers, with a proven record of success, which is why Daren was terminated after four months of employment.
