This is a horrible company to deal with! Their company model is to quote you these low ball quoates to draw you in and hook you like a fish! I was suppose to have a vehicle shipped from ID to TX, and it was scheduled for pickup on 9/15. I called them on 9/5 to book the order, and stated that the vehicle was free to pickup anytime. Don West called me with a quote which seemed great, and I accepted it! All Don West was concerened about was getting my Credit Card info for the deposit and rushing me off the phone. 9/16 comes around and I call to see if the vehicle was picked up, and I get Mary from dispatch on the phone and she states that a truck is BROKE DOWN. So I give it a few days and call back on 9/21 and spoke to a different lady. She was friendly and stated that she was trying to locate a transporter to pick it up. I get a call back on 9/23 and they stated that they located a driver, but the driver wanted $400 more than what was originally quoated to me. So, I stated that they had ample time to find a transporter and she stated that she would just cancal the order and refund my $150 deposit back to my CC. So today as of 10/02, no refund has been issued back to my CC yet! My suggestion is before choosing a company like this one, or this company do some research on the company first! If the company was honest in the first place I would not be leaving this negative review. All I have to say is CHOOSE WISELY!
