Global Express Auto Transport
After placing a transport order ten days in advance and flying to California... Global Express did not get a driver for my order.
Then I got stuck at the airport, changing my return flight and looking for a new transport company. This would be unacceptable at best... made worse because repeated calls to Global Express resulted in a shell game of transfers to non-existent employees, dispatch or voice mail.
Their failure to fulfill this order cost me real time and real money, far in excess of the $175 deposit. Lesson learned, don't waste your time or money on Global Express.
