Complaint Review: Global Financial

I was on here last week and was trying to track down the ACH company who was linked to Global Financial in Dec. 2002. I finally found a number: 480-981-4000,(accelerated payments) I talked to Crystal. Trouble is, they won't send me money, but say they'll call the owner and he will get in touch with me. This has been over 10 days, and no response!

I called them again today, same answer, "I'll call the owner right away and he will be in touch with you." Evidently, he also said he'd "take care of it" HA! Am I being lied to again?!
