Global Financial rip-off! I was conned out of $221 which was supposed to be the deposit on a credit card. Atlanta Georgia
On October 19,2002 I received a call from the company offering me this credit card. The offer seemed lucrative enough so I consented for them to withdraw the amount of $221 (a one time membership fee) from my checking account. This was done on Monday October 21,2002.
The agent who spoke to me was one DANIELLE ROSS, and her number was 37980. The tracking number was 3689840. After two months had passed I began to contact them. I made several telephone calls and I was only met with promises.
Eventually I asked for a refund. I was told that a form would be sent to me and I should fill it out requesting the refund. The form came, I filled it out and returned it. That was in January of 2003.
When I did not hear from them I started calling the 1800 number that they had given me. That line has become permanently busy. I wrote to them in the summer of 2003 There has been no response. I worked hard for my money and I want it back with INTEREST.
